Innovid is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join their rapidly growing global organization. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot, investigate, and solve technical issues related to Innovid solutions and products, and will work closely with various teams such as Product, R&D, Client Services, and Sales.
Requirements
- Provide first-level and internal/external escalation support on all Innovid solutions/products
- Provide exceptional customer support via verbal and written communication
- Liaise between Client Services/Sales teams and R&D on product defects and escalations
- Develop and maintain custom analytics reports for both internal and external needs
- Troubleshoot data anomalies and discrepancies
- Service access management requests
- Document troubleshooting procedures
