Facilities HVAC/R Technician

The Inns of Aurora Resort and Spa is seeking an experienced HVAC/R Technician to work throughout their world-class resort. The ideal candidate will have a passion for their work and a commitment to keeping equipment running to support their team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent certification
• Advanced understanding of HVAC/R systems and equipment
• Thorough knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Ability to read and interpret building electrical and mechanical drawings
• Ability to work independently or in a team setting
• Working knowledge of safe work practices, methods and procedures
• Ability to communicate effectively with others
• Basic computer skills, including Windows and Microsoft Office
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, & be on-call
• Must be able to work from an elevated position using ladders and/or electric lifts
• Must be able to lift & carry 50lbs
