Job Description
Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician for their Rochester, NY team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to continuous learning and skill enhancement, and will be responsible for servicing equipment, troubleshooting problems, and building customer relationships.
Requirements
- Manage and prioritize part installs, quoted repairs, and servicing of clients HVAC systems
- Partner with business owners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC needs
- Responsible for accurately documenting all work completed according to company policy
- Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service
- Accountable for following all company safety procedures
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge
