Job Description
Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is currently in search of a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to help service commercial clients in the Utica and Albany areas, reporting to the Syracuse, NY office. In this role, you will service all equipment according to an established service schedule, and troubleshoot and rectify any potential problems for all our clients.
Requirements
- Manage and prioritize part installs, quoted repairs, and servicing of clients HVAC systems
- Partner with business owners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC needs
- Responsible for accurately documenting all work completed according to company policy
- Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service
- Accountable for following all company safety procedures
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge
