Chief of Vascular Surgery (MD)

Inova Schar Heart & Vascular is seeking a board certified Vascular Surgeon to join a nationally recognized team of surgeons in a high-volume, growing multi-disciplinary practice. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various aspects of vascular surgery and have experience in aortic pathology diagnosis and treatment, carotid, lower extremity, venous disease, dialysis access, and wound centers.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited institution
• Board eligible or board certified in Vascular Surgery
• Completed ACGME residency training in Vascular Surgery, or General Surgery with a subsequent fellowship with ABS board certification in Vascular Surgery
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Virginia
• Basic Life Support (BLS)/ACLS upon start
