Requirements

• Board certified Vascular Surgeon
• Completed ACGME residency training in Vascular Surgery or General Surgery with subsequent fellowship in Vascular Surgery
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Virginia
• Basic Life Support (BLS)/ACLS certification
