Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Supervisor Intermediate Care Unit

Inova Alexandria Hospital is seeking a dedicated Experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Supervisor to join the Intermediate Care team. This role will be full-time night shift from Monday – Friday (including some weekend shifts), 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. with a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available for eligible nurses.

Requirements

• 1-year Registered Nurse clinical experience in the acute care setting
• BSN from an accredited school of nursing
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Virginia or hold a privilege to practice in the State of Virginia under the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification from the American Heart Association
• Specialty certification (as required by unit) within one (1) year from date of hire
• Completion of a revised Charge Nurse workshop within the first 90 days (3 months) of employment
