Job Description
Inova Alexandria Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Supervisor to join the Progressive Care team. The role will involve leading high-quality shift huddles, conducting safety huddles, and rounding on staff to enhance staff engagement and provide quality care.
Requirements
- BSN from an accredited school of nursing
- 1-year Registered Nurse clinical experience in the acute care setting
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Virginia or hold a privilege to practice in the State of Virginia under the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification from the American Heart Association
- Specialty certification (as required by unit) within one (1) year from date of hire
