Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Supervisor Nights Medical Unit

Inova Fair Oaks Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Supervisor Nights Medical Unit to serve as a front-line leader who is accountable for delivering highly reliable results related to quality and best practices to improve the clinical operations of the unit.

Requirements

• At least one year of Registered Nurse Clinical experience
• BSN or MSN preferred; open to Associate Degree RNs but must be within one year of completing their BSN
• Completion of a revised Charge Nurse workshop within the first 90 days of employment.
• BLS by American Heart Assoc. required. Specialty certification within one year of hire or obtain within one year of eligibility
