Field Service Engineer (Glasgow)

We're looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our Network Health team in Glasgow. As a hands-on field-based role, you'll repair parcel lockers, provide technical support, and develop new solutions. We're a fast-paced environment that's passionate about innovation and collaboration.

Requirements

• Field service technical engineering experience on electrical/mechanical equipment
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing equipment, software configuration, and firmware updates
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving complex technical issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines
• Flexibility to travel for service and training activities
