We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our Network Health team in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing and maintaining parcel lockers on client's sites, diagnosing faults and implementing hardware and software upgrades. This is a hands-on field-based role that requires strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Experience in a Field service technical engineering role on electrical/mechanical equipment
- Proficiency in the use of hand tools and diagnostic tools (multi-meter)
- Experience in software configuration and firmware updates
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving complex technical issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide technical training
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines across multiple markets
- High accuracy in quality control and documentation updates
- Experience working with diverse teams, including international subcontractors and internal staff
- Flexibility to travel for service and training activities both in the UK and occasionally internationally
- Familiarity with parcel locker or similar systems, electromechanical devices, and organisational IT tools
- Effective time management and the ability to handle tools and components responsibly
