Field Service Engineer (Yorkshire)

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our Network Health team in Yorkshire. The role involves repairing parcel lockers on client sites, developing new solutions, and providing technical support and training. The ideal candidate has experience in field service technical engineering and proficiency in hand tools and diagnostic tools.

Requirements

• Similar experience in a Field service technical engineering role on electrical/mechanical equipment
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing equipment, with experience in software configuration and firmware updates
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving complex technical issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide technical training
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines across multiple markets
• High accuracy in quality control and documentation updates
• Experience working with diverse teams, including international subcontractors and internal staff
• Flexibility to travel for service and training activities both in the UK and occasionally internationally
• Familiarity with parcel locker or similar systems, electromechanical devices, and organisational IT tools
• Effective time management and the ability to handle tools and components responsibly
