Field Service Engineer (South London)

Want to be part of a UK hub in a global business that is scaling rapidly and evolving fast? We’re looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our Network Health team and repair parcel lockers on client’s sites, develop new solutions, and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• Similar experience in a Field service technical engineering role on electrical/mechanical equipment
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing equipment, with experience in software configuration and firmware updates
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving complex technical issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide technical training
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines across multiple markets
• High accuracy in quality control and documentation updates
• Experience working with diverse teams, including international subcontractors and internal staff
• Flexibility to travel for service and training activities both in the UK and occasionally internationally
