We're looking for a Senior Commercial Business Development Manager to join our team and help us power our mission to reshape the way parcels move and redefine eCommerce logistics. The role will focus on unlocking and developing relationships with key stakeholders within the UK's best retailers, selling the unique InPost proposition and closing high-value commercial opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven background in parcel delivery, logistics, payments, or e-commerce with a strong UK network
- Solution sales experience in retail, logistics or e-commerce – with a track record of building pipelines and closing C-suite/Enterprise deals
- Strong commercial acumen – skilled in negotiation, deal-making, and spotting opportunities at pace
- Natural relationship-builder – confident communicator, active listener, and trusted partner across functions
- Influential and engaging – able to inspire belief in the proposition and deliver presentations that land
