Join InPost UK's Network Health team as a Technical Support Supervisor, leading a team of Technical Support Engineers and ensuring the Automated Parcel Machines (APMs) network runs smoothly. The role involves technical problem-solving, team leadership, and process development.
Act as the first point of escalation for complex technical issues, provide guidance and mentorship to the team, monitor and analyze APM logs, write and maintain SQL scripts, and contribute to reporting and documentation.
We're looking for a driven engineer who's ready to take the next step, with experience in technical support or IT engineering, strong SQL skills, and a passion for electrical and mechanical engineering.
