Technical Delivery & Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery & Operations Supervisor to join our End User Support Engineering team within the Technology & Security Function. The role will involve hands-on technical support, supervision, and problem-solving, with a focus on client satisfaction and team performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years' experience in a supervisory or team lead IT support role
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical field
• ITIL v4 Foundation certification (or higher)
• Relevant industry certifications: Microsoft 365, CompTIA, CCNA, CISSP, or equivalent
