IT Supervisor

Magellan Aerospace is a global aerospace company seeking an IT Supervisor to provide first-level support for local computer systems and oversee the daily operations of the IT Department.

Requirements

• Provide end-user technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and related equipment
• Install, configure, and update software applications in accordance with IT standards
• Troubleshoot and maintain printers and multifunction devices
• Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation
• Maintain inventory of spare parts, equipment, and IT supplies
• Support network infrastructure, including switches, access points, and cabling
• Supervise IT staff, providing coaching, guidance, and training to support professional development
• Collaborate with Corporate IT on system upgrades, security initiatives, and compliance requirements
• Ensure adherence to IT policies, procedures, and best practices
