IT Supervisor

The IT Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of all technology infrastructure across our school network. This includes managing hardware and software requirements, providing IT support to staff, overseeing network connectivity, and collaborating with vendors to maintain seamless operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
• Proven experience with network management and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Systems Admin (such as Entra, MS 365, Microsoft SharePoint, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple school locations.
• Strong vendor management skills.
