Requirements
- Proven experience in group tour operations and itinerary development
- Strong knowledge of Japan as a travel destination
- Commercially minded, with the ability to analyse data and translate insight into action
- Confident communicator, able to build strong relationships across teams and with external partners
- Highly organised, able to manage a complex workload and prioritise effectively
