Customer Support Specialist - Remote in the Netherlands

We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Amsterdam. As our new face and voice of customer service, you'll work at the heart of our operation, speaking daily with entrepreneurs who need help protecting their dream. You'll answer questions via chat, phone, and email, help build our product by flagging issues and working with our developers, and provide a 'blow-your-mind experience' to our customers.
