Job Description
Insify is seeking an Interim VP People to step into a pivotal leadership role during a key phase of their growth. The successful candidate will serve as the senior People partner to the leadership team, maintaining the team experience and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks in a fast-moving environment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of People / HR experience
- Senior HR lead or HRBP experience in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment
- Comfortable operating as a generalist across the full people spectrum
- Ability to hit the ground running and take ownership early
- Confidence in advising leadership and operating without a large HR team
- Organised, calm under ambiguity, and able to prioritise ruthlessly
- Motivated by impact over visibility
