Client Operations Specialist role at Insight, managing end-to-end client experience, responding to queries, and ensuring orders are processed accurately. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with clients and colleagues
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
