Job Description
The Program Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional, internal initiatives that enable Insight’s strategic priorities and improve teammate and client outcomes. This role oversees multiple related projects, aligning stakeholders, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring deliverables are on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
- Typically 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, product management, or a related role in a complex, cross-functional environment.
- Experience leading internal, multi-team initiatives; exposure to technology, services, or consulting environments is a plus.
- Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, or hybrid).
