Requirements

• Proven experience in solution sales, account management, or client engagement leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of enterprise solutions, business processes, and client challenges.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and sales growth targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with integrated account teams, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder engagements.
