Requirements
- Channel Owner: Email, SMS and direct messaging channels
- Advocacy & Social Proof: Build a world-class engine for case studies, video testimonials, and G2/Capterra reviews
- Expansion & Cross-Sell: Partner with the Head of Product Marketing to execute campaigns driving adoption of our product modules
- Lifecycle Communications: Own the communications across email, in-app notifications, webinars and newsletters
- Directory & Community Management: Actively manage our presence on review sites and directories
- Voice of Customer (VoC): Help in synthesizing customer feedback and usage data into actionable insights for the Product team
- Interactive Demos: Scale the use of interactive demos to communicate our value clearly to technical and non-technical buyers alike
