Advice Practice Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an Advice Practice Manager to join our Bridges team, supporting practices across WA and SA. In this role, you will be accountable for the leadership, performance, and growth of a financial planning practice, ensuring strong commercial outcomes and exceptional client experiences.

Requirements

• Significant leadership experience within the financial advice industry
• Proven success in managing commercial operations, including P&L responsibility
• Strong understanding of financial advice regulations, legislation, and industry best practices
• Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor Financial Planners to grow revenue and client base
• Experience driving business growth through strategic planning and execution
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of professionalism with a commitment to ethical behaviour and compliance
• Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., ADFP) and/or RG146 (advantageous)
• Ability to lead change and embed a high-performance culture
