15+ years' experience in superannuation, wealth or financial services, and strong commercial acumen

5-10 years of experience in first-line Technology Risk, strong experience in cloud environments, and strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

7-10 years of leadership experience in the financial advice industry, with a strong understanding of commercial operations and financial regulations

Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Law, or a related discipline, CA or CPA qualification (or equivalent), Strong understanding of tax law and accounting standards

5-10 years of experience in communications, People & Culture, or organisational change, and tertiary qualifications in Communications, HR, Organisational Development, or related fields

5+ years of experience in change management, knowledge of wealth management, and a track record of leading large scale transformation programs

Degree in Business/Commerce or Law, 5-10 years of experience in risk and compliance

Strong technical capability, experience with MarTech platforms and cloud services, strong communication skills and experience with scripting and development

Proven experience in risk, compliance or governance, strong understanding of operational risk frameworks, and ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business outcomes
