Senior Change Training Manager

We are seeking a Senior Change Training Manager to lead the change learning and capability uplift across an enterprise strategic initiative within our wealth management business. The successful candidate will design and deliver an integrated learning program that equips our people with the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to successfully adopt change.

Requirements

• Develop and own the end-to-end training approach aligned to the overall change strategy
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify capability gaps arising from the change
• Design and oversee blended learning solutions including formal training, on the job learning and performance support
• Measure training effectiveness and business readiness, using insights to refine the approach
• Provide advice to senior stakeholders on change traiuplift, learning strategy and adoption risks
• Build strong relationships across the business to support engagement and change learning outcomes
