Job Description
We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Manager – Risk & Compliance to support our Superannuation (Master Trust) business through transformation. This role will partner with senior leaders, influence strategic initiatives, and work with service providers to embed a strong, forward-looking risk culture.
Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience in risk and compliance within financial services
- Strong understanding of the superannuation regulatory environment
- Proven leadership capability with experience motivating and influencing teams, senior stakeholders, and service providers
