Job Description
We're a leading business management solution that helps businesses in Australia and New Zealand start, survive, and succeed. We're looking for a Senior Risk and Compliance Manager to ensure MYOB meets its regulatory obligations and promote a seamless compliance culture.
Requirements
- Extensive expertise and experience in compliance, risk, regulatory advisory, or legal positions, preferably in financial services, superannuation, banking, payments, or fintech
- Proven grasp of Australian regulatory frameworks (ASIC, AUSTRAC, ACCC, Privacy, AML/CTF)
- Established capability in supervising compliance frameworks, obligations registers, monitoring projects, and reporting procedures
- Strong communication and influencing abilities, with assurance in engaging collaborators at all levels
- High attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Relevant qualifications in law, commerce, finance, risk, or compliance
