Requirements
- Extensive expertise and experience in compliance, risk, regulatory advisory, or legal positions
- Proven grasp of Australian regulatory frameworks (ASIC, AUSTRAC, ACCC, Privacy, AML/CTF)
- Established capability in supervising compliance frameworks, obligations registers, monitoring projects, and reporting procedures
- Relevant qualifications in law, commerce, finance, risk, or compliance
