Requirements
- Significant experience in financial services / superannuation / wealth
- Strong executive communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders and Boards
- Commercial acumen with experience in service provider oversight and contract management
- Strong analytical capability, able to translate data into insight and challenge constructively
- Understanding of the regulatory environment and its impact on Trustee obligations and member outcomes
- Proven ability to operate across complex environments, working with risk, legal, technology and business teams
- Experience preparing high-quality Board and committee materials
- Curiosity and a strategic mindset, with the ability to connect strategy, operations and member outcomes
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to influence without authority
- Highly organised, adaptable and comfortable managing competing priorities
