Job Description
The Senior Manager, Trustee Operational Governance & Insurance will support the RSEL Boards and senior leadership in overseeing service providers and delivering key insurance initiatives, enabling decisions to be made in the best financial interests of members.
Requirements
- Significant experience in financial services / superannuation / wealth
- Strong executive communication skills
- Commercial acumen with experience in service provider oversight and contract management
- Strong analytical capability
- Understanding of the regulatory environment
- Proven ability to operate across complex environments
- Experience preparing high-quality Board and committee materials
- Curiosity and a strategic mindset
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Highly organised, adaptable and comfortable managing competing priorities
