Job Description
We are seeking a Digital Designer to join our Creative Studio in Sydney, focusing on delivering high-performing digital assets with a strong emphasis on HTML5 banners and display advertising. The role involves designing visually compelling digital campaigns, collaborating with marketing and performance teams, and applying A/B and multivariate testing methodologies to optimize creative performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in digital design with a strong focus on HTML5 banners and display advertising
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and working knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Advanced experience using Figma for design, prototyping, and collaborative workflows
- Experience with Google Studio and dynamic creative production processes
- Strong understanding of creative testing methodologies and performance optimization
