Job Description
A true QA tech lead role without people management responsibilities, helping shape how testing evolves across customer-facing platforms, combining strong fundamentals with cutting-edge approaches such as AI-driven testing, Playwright MCP, and autonomous test agents.
Requirements
- Significant experience in test automation
- Strong experience with Playwright
- Experience or exposure to Playwright MCP, AI-driven testing, or emerging QA tooling
- Good working knowledge of TypeScript and modern JavaScript-based frameworks
- Working knowledge of Python, particularly for performance testing tools such as Locust
- Strong experience across multiple testing types including unit, integration, end to end, accessibility, and performance testing
- Experience working with APIs, including REST and authentication concepts
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows, ideally using GitHub Actions
- A curious mindset, with a genuine interest in learning, experimenting, and sharing ideas
