Job Description
Join Insite as AI Solutions Architect & Delivery Lead, designing and delivering AI-powered solutions for internal platforms and client engagements. Collaborative environment, competitive benefits, and relocation package available.
Requirements
- Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
- Currently reside within a 20-mile radius of Cape Coral, Florida, or willing to relocate with a provided relocation package
- Full-time, in-office position
- Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs and modern AI stacks
- Experience designing RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector stores, and retrieval architecture
- Strong API design and integration architecture experience
- Proven ability to deliver production software solutions, not just prototypes
- Ability to translate business needs into technical AI solutions
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills across cross-functional teams
- Experience leading small delivery pods or product backlogs
- Vendor/platform evaluation for AI tooling
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and platform architecture
