Job Description
Insomnia Cookies is seeking a motivated and reliable Shift Leader for their new bakery. The role involves leading and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bakery, managing customer interactions, and ensuring a positive environment for both guests and employees. This is a part-time position with flexible schedules and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Provide incredible customer service and quality products.
- Support store leadership and maintain operational efficiency.
- Manage baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning.
- Prioritize and delegate tasks.
- Manage cash handling and deposits.
- Operate Point of Sale systems.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be 18 years or older.
