Job Description
Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Part-Time Shift Leader for their Iowa City store. This role involves taking on ownership of the bakery and providing excellent customer service, leading a team, and ensuring a safe and clean work environment. Requirements
- Provide incredible customer service and quality products to all of our guests
- Support store leadership by maintaining operations and training team members
- Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning
- Manage cash handling and deposits
- At least 1 year of working experience in a customer service focused role
