As an HR Business Partner, you will be the active and pragmatic sparring partner for our senior management team. You will help them to keep their teams sustainable, engaged and effective.
Requirements
- Completed MBO or HBO education in HRM, Labor and Organizational Psychology or similar
- At least 3 years of experience as (senior) HR Business Partner, HR Advisor or in a similar role
- Knowledge of labor law and termination of employment law
- Demonstrable knowledge of and experience with absence guidance and relevant legislation
