Job Description
Bilingual Medical Assistant, Travel Position - AKDHC Biltmore Office. Perform general medical assistant functions in support of the care and treatment of patients while providing assistance to all office personnel as needed. This is a Travel Position, and the person in this role will be based in the AKDHC Biltmore Office and will support the needs for Medical Assistants within that sector of AKDHC due to FMLA, illness, vacation, or expanded need in the offices throughout the sector as temporarily assigned.
Requirements
- Current certification as a Medical Assistant or a diploma or certificate of completion of a Medical Assistant course of training from an accredited training organization
- Fluent bilingual Spanish and English capabilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- 1-2 years front/back office experience preferred
- Ability to support a pleasant, positive and cooperative teamwork environment
- Ability to multi-task and lift and/or move 50 pounds
