Executive Assistant – Part-Time – 24 - 32 hours/week to support executive leadership and strategic operations in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, nonprofit management, healthcare administration, or related field
- 3–5+ years of executive assistant, administrative support, or nonprofit operations experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives
- Proficiency in business software tools, including Microsoft Office, Zoom/Teams, project management platforms (Asana), and CRM systems (Glue-Up or similar)
