Job Description
We are looking for an experienced VP R&D to join a quickly growing digital media company, having all its technological needs developed in-house, end to end, in a rapid big-data environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience as VP R&D of a 10+ sized team
- Experience in scaled high availability web systems (AdTech industry is an advantage)
- Proven design skills, planning and development of new user-facing products and features
- Experience with Linux/ PHP framework (Laravel is an advantage)
- High proficiency in SQL in a big data environment
- Knowledge of database technologies MySQL and MongoDB
- Experience in server management (Google Cloud is an advantage)
- Significant development experience in Angular 4+ and JavaScript
- Familiarity with Git/Monday
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
