Memory Care Coordinator - Full Time

Job Title: Memory Care Coordinator. The Memory Care Coordinator will provide outstanding customer service to all residents, family members, responsible persons, and visitors of residents in the community. Key responsibilities include interviewing associates, ensuring memory care program meets regulations, and providing ongoing communication to executive directors.

Requirements

• Associate degree from an accredited college or university
• Two years of full-time experience in the recreation field with an adult population
• Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) or willing to complete certification
• Basic understanding of Alzheimer's and other dementia-related diseases
• Excellent communication, organization and time management skills
• Basic typing skills and computer knowledge
