Senior Academic Advisor

We’re hiring Senior Academic Advisors to drive revenue growth through inbound sales and build systems and processes to scale sales function. As the first point of contact for parents and students, you'll set the tone for their entire experience, guide them through the admissions process, and recommend Inspira programs and packages based on their needs.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in inbound sales within a service-oriented or consultative environment
• Proven success selling premium or high-value service packages (ACV $5,000+)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong CRM proficiency, preferably in HubSpot (or similar tools)
• Comfort with data and reporting
