The role involves leading consultative intro calls with parents and students, owning the relationship with prospective students and families, and collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, counseling, and finance teams.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in inbound sales within a service-oriented or consultative environment
- Proven success selling premium or high-value service packages (ACV $5,000+)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong CRM proficiency, preferably in HubSpot (or similar tools)
- Comfort with data and reporting, including experience using Excel or Google Sheets to build and interpret dashboards
