Senior Recruiter

We are seeking an exceptional full-cycle senior corporate recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team at Inspira Education Group. As a senior recruiter, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, collaborating with our co-founders, and implementing effective strategies to help our high-performing team grow. Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a scaling startup
• Experience sourcing, recruiting, and hiring for net new Heads of Department, Individual Contributors, Sr. Level, Management Level, and C-Suite positions
• Self-starter with the ability to think on your own and creatively solve problems
