Job Description
The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the overall exterior appearance, cleanliness, and curb appeal of the community, including landscaping, grounds maintenance, trash removal, and common area upkeep.
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of landscaping, lawn care equipment, and exterior property maintenance.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.).
