Inspired Education is seeking a Talent Partner to join its talent team based in London. The role will focus on delivering best-in-class recruitment across Head Office and corporate functions in the UK. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment experience within an in-house recruitment model across corporate functions and success in competitive markets with a track record of developing and executing recruitment plans.

Requirements

• Strong recruitment experience within an in-house recruitment model across corporate functions
• Success in competitive markets with a track record of developing and executing recruitment plans
• Experience improving recruitment processes and supporting value initiatives
• Proficiency with talent acquisition technologies (ATS, internet sourcing tools, campaign management tools, networking/referral technology)
• Highly professional and able to quickly establish credibility and maintain positive relationships with internal & external stakeholders
• Exceptional communication skills - verbal, written and in meetings
• Proactive self-starter with the drive to deliver results
• Analytical thinker with thorough attention to detail
• Collaborative and solutions-focused approach
