We are looking for a Campaign Manager to help us deliver our award-winning email marketing campaigns. The role involves end-to-end management of campaigns and projects, customer relationship management, and improving performance and efficiencies through reporting and optimisation.
Requirements
- Proactively liaise with the Account team for the client, and solve client issues as needed.
- End-to-end management of campaigns and projects, from initial concept to deployment.
- Day-to-day customer relationship management – internal and clients directly.
- Improve performance and efficiencies through reporting and optimisation.
- Construct detailed reports to analyse performance and sales data to help identify areas of growth on the client account.
- Liaise between the design team, data team, developers and client team, completing briefs for each department.
- Ensuring all deadlines are met for each stage of a project and campaign.
- To understand creative and technical components of online marketing.
- Understanding of CRM platform technology.
- You will gain an excellent understanding of response driven email marketing.
- Support monthly reporting activities in conjunction with the Account Director
- Experience with CRM processing, and systems is required.
- Experience within a marketing agency is ideal.
