We're transforming the grocery industry at Instacart. As a Marketing Analyst, you'll play a critical role in measuring, analyzing, and optimizing Instacart's growth across multiple marketing channels. You'll combine analytical rigor, marketing intuition, and channel fluency to uncover insights that drive smarter investment decisions and stronger performance across our marketing funnel.
Requirements
- Own reporting and insights across multiple marketing channels (SEO, SEM, paid social, display, affiliate, etc.)
- Partner with growth marketing teams to evaluate campaign and channel performance
- Lead SEO performance analysis — tracking organic visibility, technical SEO health, keyword rankings, and on-site engagement data
- Build and maintain dashboards and data pipelines in SQL and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
- Develop attribution and incrementality frameworks to understand cross-channel impact, measure marketing efficiency, and optimize investment across paid and organic channels
