Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing, quality inspection, process engineering, or similar roles
• Experience leading or guiding team members
• Excellent Mandarin speaking and writing skills
• Detail-oriented and able to consistently and accurately execute repetitive tasks
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Technically proficient, eager to learn new tools, systems, and processes
